The Schools Facilities
The Transnet Foundation has ensured that the School has excellent facilities.
The Foundation has made strategic investments in the SAFA/Transnet-School of Excellence over the years to strengthen the opportunities provided to the learners to pursue professional sporting careers, which many of them have done with much success.
Sports
Boasting four full size football pitches, (three with lights), plus an Astro Turf pitch with lights. In addition to football fields, there are also four basketball-/-netball-/-tennis courts. A fully equipped gym, a therapy room, sports locker rooms, and sport strategy class rooms are all present to ensure that learners are fully prepared to become professional sportsmen.
Academic
The is equipped with a computer lab and a science lab. Helping learners to excel in science studies the computer lab is also open after hours, encouraging them to learn essential skills. All nine class rooms are well equipped to cater for the learners' and teachers' needs.
Facilities
The school boasts two boarding buildings with a total of 340 rooms. The residence features modern communal bathrooms, a school hall, and a dining hall.
Leisure Facilities
School is not only about work, but also about fun, building a good character, making friends and social interaction. The School caters for these by offering chess, TV rooms, and a variety of other leisure activities.
